The Compex colleagues, together with friends and families, participate to the first Biking Event Ninove-Scherpenheuvel.

Guido and Mieke Beazar celebrate their wedding jubilee and fund the Amigos de Picos.

After the success of 2003, we continue to build on a tradition. This time the track is Ninove-Gent-Brugge. The Amigos de Picos came into existence.

This year the biking tour brings us to the area of Wetteren (de kastelentocht). Every year the interest and the amount of the raisen funds is growing steadily.

We relocate our logistics for the fourth biking tour to our home and have our first After-Party, till late in the evening. More and more people are participating and we seem to create a long term interest by a lot of people.

Ann Verschaeve and Gerrit Vermeulen, friends living in the neighbourhood of Paris, invite their guests (more than 100 people) on Ann’s birthday party to fund the Amigos de Picos project.

For the second time, we organise the tour out of our home at Sint-Martens-Latem. Apparently our friends do appreciate the formula. More than 50 people attend to the biking tour.

An Verlinden and Mark Janse organise their 24-24 Party and they raise additional funds.

This is the first year that we can benefit from the sponsorship of MÖBIUS. Our activities seem to
attract more people and additional sponsors.

For the third time, we organize the tour out of our home at Sint-Martens-Latem. The interest is
still growing, more than 70 people attend the biking tour.
2009
In 2009 we were giving an additional Brazilian touch to our annual Biking Tour. Danny
Boeykens and Erika Santos organized the Tour in Bornem and received all of us at their home
for a real Brazilian party.
2010
Danny and Erika will receive the Tour again in Bornem and this year we hope to mobilize
more than 100 people!
Over the past years, we have seen an evolution of our annual budget from € 3.000 to € 5.000.
In 2007, we raised about € 7.000 and in 2009 more than € 10.000. After our visit to Picos, this
summer, we will evaluate new project opportunities.
